The Outsiders

Outsiders 1995
i started skateboarding in the early 80's. at first it was mainly bombing down hills or crashing in to stuff. then a friend of mine told me about a ramp at the back of a gateway supermarket in margate. i went down and found a load of other kids skating and building fly offs out of old palettes and ply wood. this was the start of what has become a huge part of my life and now as a family man at 36 i am working with my fellow outsiders on an exhibition to showcase the life of the outsiders through photography, video, music and art. so if anyone has any photographs or video footage from the good old days at mill lane or lancia or more recent footage from swalecliffe or revolution please contact me.
